Aditya NATRAJ

CEO, Kaivalya Education Foundation (KEF)- Piramal Foundation"The Gandhi fellowship was started around 10 years ago, primarily to develop new age leadership skills in young people. Colleges in India are really fantastic in developing technical skills. I think, in order to be really successful in the world today, you need more than just technical skills. You need the ability to lead yourself, you need the ability to lead other people and you need to have the ability to lead impact. Leading self-skills are not taught that much during your college education and so the fellowship is a great finishing school for the young people who want to develop their skills and have accelerated careers."
