The fellowship embraces a comprehensive approach to learning. Drawing from the concept of “omni,” signifying all or every, the youth are not confined to a single learning medium. Instead, each process and interaction serves as a valuable opportunity for growth. The fellows’ fieldwork is equally as crucial as the workshops and insights gleaned from online trainings.  We firmly believe in the transformative potential of reflection as a catalyst for self-learning.

Various methods to support each fellow's personal transformation include:

  • Workshops – Numerous workshops held at different locations provide fellows with the knowledge and skills needed to become change leaders. These sessions also introduce new tools to aid their fieldwork.
  • Online Courses – Fellows have access to targeted online trainings that are helpful in their fellowship journey
  • Immersive Experiences – Engaging with diverse stakeholders allows fellows to learn by experiencing life from their perspectives. Such interactions foster empathy, challenge preconceived notions, and offer valuable insights into the stakeholders' challenges.
  • Learning Journeys – Expanding beyond a single location, learning journeys introduce fellows to experiences such as Vipassana and organizations operating across various geographies and sectors. This exposure helps them cultivate and pursue their personal aspirations.
