21st century is NOW.
Not in the Future!

Every Gandhi Fellow is urged to closely observe their surroundings, strategize interventions, and drive innovation for impactful change, their fellowship work significantly contributes to shaping them into nation-builders.

Who We Are?

Started in 2008, it emerges as a transformative initiative designed to nurture essential 21st-century skills within the youth, empower young individuals to cultivate leadership, critical thinking, empathy, and social responsibility. By immersing fellows in grassroots communities and providing experiential learning opportunities, the program aims to mould a generation of changemakers equipped to address complex challenges and contribute meaningfully to a rapidly evolving world. Today we have extended our family with an alumni base of 2000+ fellows who are transforming India into media houses, Development Sector Professionals, Government Consultants, corporate employees, and Social Entrepreneurs where they continue to excel and contribute. Here, the youth gets to work alongside organisations doing incredible work or even kick-start their very own initiatives. The possibilities are endless.

During the fellowship journey, the Gandhi fellows get this unique opportunity of Experiential Learning with the cohort of young individuals from across the country to develop better understanding about SELF and NATION.

A Word From Our CEO

The Gandhi fellowship was started around 15  years ago, primarily to develop new age leadership skills in young people. Colleges in India are really fantastic in developing technical skills. I think, in order to be really successful in the world today, you need more than just technical skills. You need the ability to lead yourself, you need the ability to lead other people and you need to have the ability to lead impact. Leading self-skills are not taught that much during your college education and so the fellowship is a great finishing school for the young people who want to develop their skills and have accelerated careers.
