Program

School Leadership Development Program (SLDP) aims to develop school management leadership skills by deploying tools in order to improve the academic delivery to students. SLDP employs multiple tools for skill-building and provides training & support to its stakeholders. The tools used are aimed at improving leadership skills, performance management and incorporating child-centric pedagogy. Training and support have three elements to it, namely workshops, on-field support and learning material.
Since 2016, SLDP has achieved an average of 18-20% improvement in student learning outcomes of children in class 3rd and 5th. This improvement has been assessed and determined by a third party (Education Initiative) in the subjects of language and math.
