Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations
Once an application has been submitted and the application fee has been paid, cancellations are not permitted. As the application process involves a one-time fee, no provision for cancellation of payments is available.
Refunds
The Piramal Foundation does not offer refunds for application fees. However, exceptions will be made in cases of:

Unauthorized Transactions: If a payment was processed without your authorization, you may be eligible for a refund.

System Errors: If there is a technical issue or error on our platform that caused an incorrect payment, you may be eligible for a refund.
Refund requests related to these exceptional cases must be submitted within 3 days of the transaction. Contact our team via the Contact Us page with the transaction details and a description of the issue.
Refund Process
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 working days. An email confirmation will be sent once the refund has been initiated.
